JAMII: Swahili for Group, Community & Unity

group of african americans

It's about us and it's about time.
As Black men, we often carry things bottled inside. And don't have many safe spaces to discuss these issues in supportive and constructive ways.

Jamii (pronounced Jam-eye) is more than just a discussion group.  It’s a chance for Black men to come together and discuss community issues, life issues and shared experiences.

We focus on solutions and strategies for coping in today’s stress-filled world. Most importantly, we will be strengthening our community through building relationships with one another.
