The Scene is STOP AIDS Project's program for gay, bi and trans men 30 years of age and younger. We've come up with fun ways to bring guys together, from social networking sites and videos online to hosted BBQ's and themed parties. We want to make people aware that being social and involved can help build a better community and a better self!
The Scenesters House Parties!
Once every other month, the Scene hosts house parties around SF that allow
all the Scenesters to get together, dance, drink, and meet new people. It’s a perfect alternative to going out to bars and loud clubs. Come and meet people from all over the Bay Area that you might not otherwise meet – it’s a great
way to make more friends and even get a new date!
RV Talks - Come hang out with the Scenesters
Look for the STOP AIDS RV in the Castro! The last Friday of every month,
The Scene takes the STOP AIDS RV out in the Castro for an evening of music, dancing and hanging out. We answer questions, give out condoms and answer people’s questions.
Join Us for an Outreach Shift
Enjoy a night of talking to people on the street & bars, handing out condoms. Here's how to join us:
The Scene Community Advisory Board:
The Scene invites you to come and be part of our community advisory board. We meet once a month to talk about things that are happening and plan the direction we should be heading. We're looking for people that are creative, social and willing to help us push the envelope with new and innovative ideas.
